AS-300A is an automatic type of hall flowmeter, it automatically measures the flow rate of metallic powders. In addition it can also measure and automatically calcualate the apparent density of metal powders. It meets higher requirement of study in flow rate and apparent density in many industries and applications. It uses a sensor to sense the flowing of the powder and automatically stop and show test results, it features auto measurment, calculation, calibration, correlation, save, query and print. AS-300A fully eliminates the human factors that affect the repeatability and accuracy of the test results and saves a lot of time of the operator.

PRINCIPLE
Automatically measurement of the time required for 50 g of a powder to flow through the orifice of a

calibrated Hall /Carney/Gustavsson funnel of standardized dimensions.The flow rate measurement is done

by a sensor to monitor the material flow from its start until stop. Followed by the system to calculate the data

obtained and before that a calibration is done before test. After that the correlation factor is also take part in

the calculation of the final results for save, print and later look up. Apparent density measurement is done

separately using special stand and support and data input into the system for save and print.
